This agreement is a legal contract between you and Bluewhale VPN (referred to as the Service Provider) regarding the downloading, installation, and use of the mobile accelerator application (referred to as the App).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this agreement. Without authorization, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or misuse the App or related trademarks, and you may not extract source code through reverse engineering, translate app text, or create derivative versions. The App and related intellectual property belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans, or fees and will provide reasonable notice where appropriate. Users are responsible for protecting their devices, accounts, and passwords. We do not recommend jailbreaking or rooting devices because such actions may weaken system security and affect App availability.
This Service may integrate necessary third-party services such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. During use, you may also be bound by the terms of those third-party services.
Service availability depends on a stable network environment, such as Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible if service cannot be used due to device arrears, data limits, weak network signals, carrier restrictions, or third-party platform policies. When used outside Wi-Fi, your mobile carrier may charge data fees. If roaming is used outside your country or region, related fees are your responsibility. Please confirm that you have permission from the bill payer before use.
Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. For example, service unavailability caused by depleted device battery, incorrect system configuration, or violation of platform rules is not covered by compensation. Although we work to provide accurate route status and service information, some data may come from third-party partners, and we are not responsible for indirect losses caused by such data. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate or adjust the App service within a reasonable scope.
